Shipping Policy: Subtotals include UPS shipping charges. We cannot be responsible for any loss or damages that occur via courier shipments. All damage/loss claims must be placed with the courier used. We generally process and pack these custom items within 2 weeks but allow as much as 4 weeks during the holidays.  We will ship individual cases to multiple locations. One item per case maximum. 1 Tin design per case maximum. Please enter each/multiple order destination(s) on a separate charge.  Please allow enough transit time.  We will try to process RUSH orders as soon as possible if indicated. Allow 2 to 4 weeks for delivery of stock items.  We reserve the right to substitute tin designs in order fulfill shipments on time. We have a no return or cancellation policy once your order is placed, as we are a custom house and provide quality custom products.
